○ Three awards (including a certificate and an attractive cash prize each) will be presented to the 3 best papers presented in the session. Certificates will also be presented to all presenting authors selected for the Plenary Session.

○ Three Young-Investigator paper awards (including a certificate and an attractive cash prize each) will be presented to the 3 best papers presented in the session. Certificates will also be presented to all presenting authors selected for the Young-Investigator Session.
○ Names and photographs of the presenting authors will be displayed at the venue.
○ A panel of experts will evaluate the abstracts/papers submitted for Plenary/Young Investigator and Poster Sessions and will select few abstracts/papers for ‘INASL Oral Sessions’.
○ Three to five ‘INASL-Oral Session’ awards (including a certificate and an attractive cash prize each) will be presented to the best papers presented in these sessions. Certificates will also be presented to all presenting authors selected for the ‘INASL Oral Sessions’.
○ Names and photographs of the presenting authors will be displayed at the venue
○ A panel of experts will evaluate the abstracts/papers submitted for Plenary/Young Investigator and Poster Sessions and will select few abstracts/papers as ‘Posters of Distinction’.
○ Presenting authors of ‘Posters of Distinction’ will be awarded with a certificate and cash prize.
○ Names and photographs of the presenting authors will be displayed at the venue.
○ A panel of experts will evaluate the abstracts/papers submitted for Plenary/Young Investigator and Poster Sessions and will select few abstracts/papers as ‘Presidential Posters’.
○ Presenting authors of ‘Presidential Posters’ will be awarded with a certificate and cash prize.
○ Names and photographs of the presenting authors will be displayed at the venue.
○ Best Poster Prizes including a certificate and cash prize are presented to the five posters (separate in Basic Science and Clinical Category)..
○ Certificates will also be given to all presenting authors selected for the Poster Session.
○ Applications for the year 2025 will be called soon.
Note: All awards/prizes will be distributed during the valedictory function in Hall 1 on Sunday, 10th August, 2025.
Bursaries
Free registration will be offered to students (DM, DNB, PhD, others) who are INASL members or have applied for INASL membership- if eligible (for eligibility, see the details on INASL website, www.inasl.org.in) and presenting authors of the posters or oral presentations accepted during the meeting.
To be eligible for Registration Bursary, the student needs to apply separately with the following documents after the conference –
○ Certificate of attendance
○ Certificate of Paper Presentation
○ Certificate from the Head of the Department/Unit
○ Invoice and Tickets of the Travel
○ Proof of INASL Membership/INASL Membership Application (if eligible)
Complimentary accommodation on twin sharing basis will be offered to students (DM, DNB, PhD, others) and delegates who are INASL members or have applied for INASL membership- if eligible (for eligibility, see the details on INASL website,) and presenting authors of the posters or oral presentations accepted during the meeting.
Economy class fare within India will be offered to students (DM, DNB, PhD, others) who are INASL members or have applied for INASL membership- if eligible (for eligibility, see the details on INASL website, www.inasl.org.in) and presenting authors of the Plenary or Young-Investigator accepted during the meeting.
To be eligible for travel fellowship, the student/delegate needs to apply separately with the following documents after the conference –
